MEGA SOUTHERN ASPHALT MIX CORP.
The company is a manufacturer of asphalt mix, owned by seven contractors based in South Luzon
particularly at CALABARZON area. Namely, VR Patron Builders & Dev’t Corp, NBL Constructions,
Revere Constructions & Supply Corp., Rusmen Builders and Development Corporation, N.D.M.
Sanchez Builders & Dev’t Corp, Vicmar Constructions, Inc. And 830 Builders & Dev’t Corp. The
corporation was established last February 26, 2013, located at Lipa-Alaminos by pass road, Brgy
San Agustin, Alaminos, Laguna, the location of the plant is considered strategic due to its delivery
access to nearby provinces. Please see below map.
Currently, the company has one (1) unit of Asphalt Batching Plant, five (5) Asphalt Pavers, four (4)
Pneumatic Tire Rollers, three (4) Tandem Steel Rollers, one (1) combination roller and three (4)
Asphalt Distributors, one (1) milling machine and various tools and equipment to support the
operation. Has chosen top suppliers like SHELL for Bitumen, emulsified asphalt and cut back
asphalt, LAFARGE HOLCIM for Aggregates, TOPCEL for SMA Fibers and Hydrated lime.
